Big tasks, little steps
The feeling of being overwhelmed can completely consume if not dealt with methodically. An example? Well, ummm, building one entire website versus developing a series of posts. If you look at it from the perspective of developing a full site, you likely will want to take refuge in a nuclear fallout shelter to hide from the radio active-anguish generated.
Taking the approach of building a site a few pages at a time gives you no more and no less amount of work to do. It's still the same amount, just broken up into smaller chunks. This lets you really focus better and despite that it seems like it might be more, you really stand the chance of being more successful and getting more done.
I just broke down the task of building an entire website. What else can be broken down?
